That wraps our final 8 Week Challenge for the year and the results were off the charts. Large digits were lost by some of the guys, dropping in excess of 10 kgs whilst still adding muscle mass. Not only did people drop weight, decrease body fat % (including visceral fat) but as previously mentioned were able to add muscle and increase overall strength at the same time. This was achieved through appropriate training programming and the right nutritional advice. Well done guys, great way to finish out the year.
