How to do Glide Up Muscle Ups.
Step 1.
Using our Active catch position from our earlier C2B video to work on your body position and timing.
Step 2.
Once you’ve dropped in from the active catch position you want to time the hip pop with the swing to drive your hips to the bar.
Step 3.
Now as you pop your hips to the bar you want to keep the tension in your arms as you push down on the bar and roll over to the top of the Muscle Up.
