Here’s some simple steps to help you nail your first Butterfly C2B.
-Start with sets of 3-5 reps to get your balance and coordination right.

-At the top of the active position, roll your hip towards the bar and follow your feet.
Active passive roll throughs with hip drive
-Now add a hip drive at the peak of your roll through and lift your chest.
Start with singles and soon you’ll be linking C2B’s.
