How to improve your Rowing Proficiency

Step one- Straps
You want the straps to be at the base of the toe, you can use the bottom of your shoe laces as a point of reference.
Step two- Finish position
You want to have straight legs, arms are pulled back and relaxed, shoulder blades pulled together and the handle should be at your sternum.
Step three- Working your way back down.
First you want to release the arms, then the body rocks over and then we can start to bend the knees maintaining our position.
Step four- The pull.
Start by having the hips and shoulders pulling back first then driving with the legs all the way to the finish position.
