Five easy steps to nailing Double Under’s (DU)’s

Step 1- Put down the Rope
You need to nail timing before you start throwing a rope around your body.
Step 2- Single taps
As you jump into the air you want to slap your legs once before you hit the ground.
Step 3-Double taps 
As you jump into the air you want to slap your legs twice before you hit the ground.
Step 4-(pick up the rope) Single Skips 
The idea is to jump once and while your in the air let the rope rotate around your body before you hit the ground.
Once you can link a few together it’s now time for our final step.
Step 5-Double unders 
The idea is to jump once and while your in the air let the rope rotate twice around your body before you hit the ground.
Once you can get a few together you want to challenge yourself and get 1 1,2 1,2,3 1,2,3,4 1,2,3,4,5 all the way to 10.
If you can manage to make it to 10 from 1 you’ll have no issues picking up a rope and pulling out DU’s any day of the week.
