Richmond Weightlifting Club (that’s us!) is proud to be affiliated to the Australian Weightlifting Federation. We have had a number of lifters compete and bring home awards, and are even prouder to have them help you take your lifts to new PR’s.
Weighlifting classes usually follow on from, or start before, our regular CrossFit classes and will complement the scheduled training. Our staff will ensure proper form before adding weight to ensure your safety and longevity in the sport. From learning the Snatch pull, to nailing your first Squat Snatch, your safety is our number priority. Your progression is a very close second!
The mental game of weightlifting is just as important as the physical, and we spent a portion of each class ensuring you are in the right mental frame to train. Joining the Richmond Weightlifting Club is an investment in your ability to dominate at life, and we encourage all our members to regularly attend these classes.
