WHY PT?
PT is a proven way to excel your fitness. Research has shown that an increased level of accountability comes out of undertaking 1-1 training. It’s easier to hide in the crowd of a class, than when you’re face to face with your trainer. Our trainers are top level athletes, they practice what they preach. How can you hope to get in shape if you’re personal trainer can’t keep themselves in shape. Learn from the best.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Personal Training is suited to anyone who is looking to work on a particular element of their fitness. Individual lifts, specific cardio, or gymnastic techniques will always require more attention than a class can deliver and that’s where investing in a PT will benefit you.
We work with everyone from young athletes needing sport specific strength and conditioning to the elderly that have their own special needs and pace at which to work at.
