What is Chiropractic?

Chiropractic is a holistic approach that focuses on the relationship between the structure (primary the spine and pelvis) and the function of the nerve system.  When your body moves the way it was designed to you may experience less aches, pains and injuries and move you in the right direction of reaching your performance goals.

On your initial consultation you will discuss your health concerns and health needs just to make sure you are in the right place to get the care that you need. A thorough examination will be done of your spine, posture and how your body functionally moves. A range of different techniques including manual adjustments, Thompson (drop piece), Applied Kinesiology and lower force therapies including SOT (sacro-occipital technique), soft tissue therapy and the use of an activator instrument can be used in a given session.
