This past weekend we celebrated one our “more mature” members 50th birthday. We have a tradition at Wards Gym that when it’s your birthday you get your own personalised birthday workout in your honour that day. The rep range is based on your age so as you can imagine when it’s a fifty workout it can get a little nasty haha.
